Syed Group of Companies is a private investment group based out of Hong Kong with operations in both Pakistan and Hong Kong. The group is primarily invested in the real estate sector with commercial property holdings in Hong Kong. The group engages in commodity trading throughout the world utilizing its expertise, knowledge and proximity to the Chinese market. The group is also invested in the hospitality sector in Hong Kong with a line of premium and scalable food concept restaurants.

Klaxon Properties

The Groups' main property holding division owns and manages over 50 commercial real estate properties in and around SOHO and Lan Kwai Fong areas of Central, Hong Kong. The total property managed by Klaxon is over 50,000 square feet and are resident to various retail and restaurant establishments.

World Wide Traders

The trading arm of the Group has been engaged in commodity trading of various items for over four decades. With in-depth knowledge and expertise in working with the Chinese market, the group has been able to create a strong niche for itself.

PAK HK Developers Group

PAK HK Developers Group is the division based in Pakistan whose primary focus is to invest and develop commercial and residential real estate. The Groups' first major investment in Pakistan is a mega complex by the name of Boulevard Heights in Lahore. With a covered area of 750,000 sq ft, the complex includes high end retail, serviced apartments and a 210 room hotel operated by Avari Xpress. Boulevard Heights is located in the heart of the city on the Main Boulevard, Gulberg.

Black Sheep Restaurants

Black Sheep is Hong Kong's most compelling hospitality movement. Founded in 2012 by Syed Asim Hussain, the disruptive hospitality team has over 35 restaurants and has become synonymous with trailblazing, story-driven ideas and curating distinct dining experiences about a particular time, place, culture or cuisine. Far more than just culinary prowess and accolades, it is a community of like-minded people devotedly fixated on the dream to redefine what it means to be forerunners, paving the way for the new generation of hospitality.

Syed Pervez Hussain

Chairman, Founder and Director

Syed Pervez Hussain, started his career in the commodity trading sector over 40 years ago. Since then he has invested in a number of different ventures in various sectors and industries. His experience, vision and knowledge of the business world continues to take the group forward in an ever changing world economy.

Syed Pervez Hussain served as an Ambassador of Pakistan to the Republic of Korea from 2002 to 2005 where he was awarded the Republic of Korea's Order of Diplomatic Service Merit, Gwanghwa Medal for his significant contributions in strengthening cooperation and friendly relations between the two countries. He is currently serving as the Honorary Consul (Investments) of Pakistan in Hong Kong.

When he is not busy analysing future investment opportunities, Ambassador Hussain engages in his passion for breeding thoroughbred racehorses. He has a number of horses competing all over the world from Hong Kong, Macau, Australia, England and Pakistan.

Raised in Hong Kong, Ambassador Hussain is fluent in English, Urdu, Cantonese and Punjabi.
